Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes, please contact us at 012-987 7812 to arrange the date and time for pick up.
Q: Can I place an order even if it is out of stock? I don’t mind waiting.
A: Yes, we do take back orders and you can email us to find out the next restock date. Usually it takes around 6 to 10 weeks for the goods to arrive.
Q: Do you have a showroom, so that I can see the physical goods?
A: Yes, our showroom is opened by appointment basis. Please contact us at 012-987 7812 to arrange the date and time for viewing.
Q: Where can I find product dimensions?
A: All product dimensions are listed on our website. If you have additional questions please email our customer service team at contact@furnymatter.com.
Q: Do you provide custom furniture?
A: If you cannot find anything you like from our website, you may proceed to our partner’s website, at https://gdfstudio.com, to shop. If there is something you are interested in and it is not sold in Malaysia, please email us at contact@furnymatter.com. We are happy to source the item for you and quote you accordingly.
Q: Does your product require assembly?
A: Most of our products require minimal assembly, for example, fixing the legs to the seat of the chairs. Unlike our competitor’s products, you do not need to be an engineer to go through a thick user manual, to assemble the product from scratch. Our products usually come in the form of bigger module, and you only need to attach the shelves, legs and etc.
The product specification on the website will list if assembly is required for that particular product. Assembly instructions come with the packages. If you do not receive the assembly instructions with your package, please email our customer service team at contact@furnymatter.com.
Q: Do you hold orders?
A: We do not hold orders. We suggest waiting until you are certain you can accept the shipment.
Q: Is it possible to send items to multiple addresses?
A: If you are ordering multiple products and wish to send them to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Q: Do you offer international shipping or shipping to Sabah and Sarawak?
A: At this time, we ship only to Peninsular Malaysia. For shipping to Sabah, Sarawak and Singapore, please contact us at contact@furnymatter.com, so that we can quote the delivery fees to you accordingly.
