Shipping Info

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. When your order is shipped, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or by phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment. 

Delivery charges will be calculated based on total weight. However, we do offer free delivery, with total purchase of RM1,500 and above.

What Are Pre-Order Items?

At Furny Matter, we strive to offer a wider range of furnishing styles and designs for you. To achieve this, certain items may only be produced specially according to order. Such items under the pre-order programme may be customised to your preference. The best part is your items will be secured earlier than everyone else even before the collection arrived in our warehouse.

As most of our items are imported, we are dealing with sea freight, which sometimes unforeseen circumstances, such as war, virus outbreak or terrorist attack are out of our control. We can only provide you the targeted date of arrival. Any delays are inevitable.
